Registrations for Men’s Hearts Retreats

Each retreat is payable upon your arrival.
A deposit is required to confirm your registration (see details below).
By registering for a Men’s Hearts retreat, you agree to respect the framework outlined here.
- Accommodation :
Every venue hosting a Men’s Hearts retreat offers different accommodation options: shared rooms, double rooms for couples, and single rooms (depending on availability).

Accommodation, including full board (meals and lodging), is payable directly on site.
- Registration :
Fill out this form to secure your place in one of our Men’s Hearts gay & queer Tantra retreats
Once your initial confirmation email is received, you will be invited to send a deposit of €150* to secure your place.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided in the confirmation email.
Several days before the retreat, you will receive a detailed roadmap with all the practical information related to the specific retreat you have chosen.
Your contact details will also be shared with the other participants ahead of time, especially to help organize carpooling.
* The deposit validates your registration. If, for any reason, you cancel your participation, your deposit can be transferred toward another retreat within one year from the date it was received. For cancellations less than one month before the retreat, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations less than 15 days before the retreat, the full retreat fee remains due.
